Is there a free trial?

Yes! Premium includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Cancel anytime.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

You keep all your data. If you're over the free storage limit, you'll have 30 days to download or delete files. Nothing is ever automatically deleted.

Can I share projects with free users?

Project sharing is a Premium feature. Free users can create and manage up to 3 personal projects, but sharing requires a Premium subscription.

Can I try Trips during a free trial?

Trip projects are a paid Premium feature only — they aren't available on the free trial. Both you and anyone you invite to a trip need an active Premium subscription.

What is Local Sync?

Local Sync keeps a folder on your Mac in sync with your cloud documents. Edit files with any app (Word, Preview, etc.) and changes sync automatically.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. If you downgrade, you'll keep Premium until your current billing period ends.
